I started out in the financial Industry as an Investment Specialist for 30 years, liked my job but under a lot of pressure looking after other peoples money. I also had a wonderful pastime competing in local running races, 5K, 10K, half marathons and marathons. At age 41 my triathlon friends in Penticton, challenged me to train for Ironman Canada 2002. I had to learn to ride this funny looking 10 speed with arm rests & wear strange looking boots that clipped on to the peddles.

This was all such an exciting career & pastime for me, but still had lots of pressure in the investment world and on top of all that I was training for Ironman Canada.

In 2006 I was diagnosed with stomach cancer and an autoimmune disorder and also a large fibroid growth in my uterus. I underwent two surgeries and extensive rehabilitation, "giving up was not an option" even though I was told I would never compete again.

I am now making a come back, I swim, I bike and run again and I have my Arbonne business that I am sharing with you. I remember hearing a speech at an Arbonne Mercedes Benz presentation and a young lady by the name of Becky Young our National Vice President. She shared with us "TWICE IN A LIFE TIME WE EXPERIENCE LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCES" for me that was conquering cancer and being introduced to Arbonne. How lucky I am to have had the chance to experience my life-changing experiences.

What sold me on Arbonne, is knowing, I am getting the best of the best and peace mind that I am not being exposed to harsh chemicals, mineral oils and animal by products, because I know that Arbonne is pure, safe and beneficial. The Detox Spa line is my favorite. My girl friend Jana Kennedy Regional Vice President, signed me up with Arbonne, in July of 2008, I have never looked back. Now I have Spa night every night of the week. Until we get sick we don't take the time to research the products we use and that was the first thing I did, then when I signed up with Arbonne, I researched and "I ARBONNIZED MY HOME" I am going to use Lance Armstrong as a great example about intensifying the emotion of Arbonne, as it is an emotional experience when you use the product or experience the opportunity. When Lance faced Cancer, what did he do? He did not give up. He intensified the emotions that he had to find a way to succeed more than he had ever had in his entire sports career, even though he had maximized his capabilities. And what happened? After conquering cancer, facing another biker was nothing. He won, seven Tour de France, before that. He turned something that could have been the most traumatic moment of his life into a launching pad for some of his greatest Victories. Yes Lance made another come back, 3rd this year, how awesome is that. Sports, health, wellness and Arbonne is something for everyone regardless of our ability and at the end of the day we are all friends soldering through our careers shoulder to shoulder with others who share a common goal of making it through, but as every Arbonne user will tell you, IT'S A BEAUTIFUL THING.
